CDLA is thrilled to be bringing back the High Performance camp. Starting October 16th, athletes will have the opportunity to continue developing their lacrosse skills while preparing for the Spring 2022 box lacrosse season. With a best in class coaching experience, a lineup of high-level professional guest coaches, a certified functional strength trainer, still at a very affordable cost, this camp is set to please athletes AND parents!

Winter Session - 20 floor times - Register here
- 12U - $200 / 1 hour twice a week (dates & times TBC)
- 14U - $250 / 1.5 hours twice a week (dates & times TBC)
- 16U - $250 / 1.5 hours twice a week (dates & times TBC)
The CDLA High Performance camp focuses on building fundamental skills for athletes newer to the game as well as educating experienced athletes to more advanced skills and tactical lacrosse systems.
