Volunteers required: Home team to supply three for timekeeping, visitors none.

Game sheets will be made available 15-30 minutes before game time at registration/game sheet table at bottom entrance to lower concourse. Game sheets will be given to home teams 'only' who must ensure visitors fill out the game sheets as well and pass on to the volunteers at the timekeeping box.

Dressing room assignments are shown on the left wall as you enter the main lobby of the Soccer Center. All dressing rooms are located on the lower concourse of the main soccer center facility - go down the stairs as you enter the lobby. Rooms are for changing only. Take all belongings/personal items to the player's bench. After the game is over, return to the same dressing room.

Please bring both home and away jerseys to every game as if there is a conflict with jersey colors, officials will ask the home team to change jersey colors.

Lower concourse is for players, coaching staff, facility staff, referees, tourney officials and volunteers only.

Remind players that they are not allowed to be bouncing lacrosse balls outside of the game floors.

Point system in effect for games:

  • win - 2 points
  • tie - 1 point
  • period win - 1 point
  • period tie - .50 point

Guaranteed four games if division has odd number of teams (i.e. out of nine teams, only eight are eligible to be in the playoffs on Monday). Guaranteed 5 games if division has even number of teams.

Pay particular attention to Calgary Lacrosse rules and regulations at http://calgarylacrosse.com/minor_box.htm Unless otherwise mentioned in tournament rules, CLA rules apply. If any of your players are meant to serve a suspension and do not sit the next game, your team will lose one point from their tournament standings.

For playoffs, only teams competing in the runner-up, bronze, silver and gold games will be awarded medals.

For Gold medal winners only, right after your game we will be taking photos which are to be published in the national publication -"Lacrosse Talk". Please don't leave the facility until photo shoot is done. If your team wishes, you can buy your own team photos at that time.>/p>
